Today was a long run, but I stil felt spent from yesterday. I ran really easy, and did not push it at all. This may take a few days to recover from. Aaah! How do I always do these types of things???

Today was an easy run in South Boulder along the Bobolink trail. I felt much better than yesterday. I am hydrating a lot, so that should help out.

Today was a small workout on the Buff Ranch. I ran a three mile warmup, then ran 6 x 2:30 on the course. Coach and I agreed that if I had any symptoms of last Saturday, I would stop. Luckily, everything felt ok, although I feel like I have lost my zip. I am sure it will come back as long as I don't push it too hard.

Today was a middle distance run around Eldorado Springs. I felt some definite improvement from yesterday, so that is good. Tommorrow will be really easy.

Today was an easy day on Kitt Field. It was hot, so I just did laps (so I didn't have to venture out too far in case I needed to stop). I felt good, though.

Today was a workout at 6:30 am, but coach (being in a gracious mood) didn't give us one of the usual Friday doses of pain. We did 14x500 meter repeats in 1:32. They felt really easy, almost too slow. Mainly, I am happy to see that my body is feeling good after last weeks endeavor. Tommorrow will be easy.

Today was a really easy run in the morning around Marshall Mesa. Relaxing!
