Today was a fartlek workout of sorts, consisting of three minutes on, two minutes off. We ran on the Buff Ranch (where we will race this weekend) and did the workout at hopeful race pace (5:15-5:20ish for me on this course). I just got cleared by the NCAA clearinghouse, too, so I am officially running in uniform this weekend! Excitement!
