45 mins on the elliptical and 30 mins aquajogging. I even ran 1/2 mile!!!!! (mileage board beware!) I was completely pain free, and I can even dig my fingers into the spot with no problem! Very exciting. Ever since I took that boot off, my leg extensively improved (on almost a daily basis). It seemed like it was in a holding pattern for five weeks or so, but then it made great improvement. I can feel all of the extra calcium deposit on my bone, too. It feels bumpy, but does not hurt. My soleus is feels great, too! It feels nice to finally walk/jog (and run soon!) without any discomfort!

Yeah, you still have plenty of time to get back in great running shape for this season.
