Today was a decent workout consisting of 3x2k repeats at 6:15 pace. These did not feel too hard, but after this last week of work, they may have felt harder than they should have been. We hit all intervals on pace (second one a bit fast), and did omni afterwards. Tommorrow I am going real easy to prepare for next week. I plan on hitting 70ish miles. |
