It has been nearly two and a half years since I last wrote in my running log, and if feels great to post once again! Many aspects of life have changed in the last few years. I finished my collegiate running career, graduated college in engineering and work for a design-build architecture firm in Boulder, CO. Amidst all of this activity, I have not done nearly any competitive running for over two years. I have, however, run 3ish times per week (approx. 20-25 miles/week). The last "race" I completed was over a year ago, consisting of a two mile fun run on the track in Longmont, CO, which I ran in 9:25ish. I would like to get running again, and I'm excited to be back on the blog!!!
